Workshop: Validating the ConsCAT Circularity Assessment Tool for Construction

This international workshop will bring together construction and sustainability stakeholders to present and validate the final version of the ConsCAT Circularity Assessment Tool.

Building on outcomes from national workshops and stakeholder interviews, the session will showcase how ConsCAT supports circular and sustainable decision-making across the building lifecycle, through real case applications and interactive feedback from the international community.

By the end of the session, participants will:

  1. Understand the final design, logic and application of ConsCAT (including its 110 indicators across environmental, social, economic, technical, and governance dimensions.

  2. Review the results of case studies where the tool was applied, assessing its relevance and usefulness.

  3. Provide feedback on usability, clarity, practical relevance, and implementation barriers at international scale.

  4. Contribute to the final consolidation of the tool before it is prepared for future deployment.

We invite participants representing the full construction and demolition value chain:

  • Designers & consultants (architects, engineers, green rating experts)

  • Construction, deconstruction & demolition companies

  • Product & material manufacturers and suppliers
