WILSON

The WILSON project aims to enhance data management in the built environment through a decentralized, interoperable data mesh architecture, integrating advanced data analytics and digital twin technologies to improve Building Management Systems (BMS).

The project will develop 9 innovations that focus on data management, interoperability, planning, management, environmental performance, and building diagnostics.

Furthermore, 12 Key Exploitable Results will translate these innovations into practical applications such as tools for predictive maintenance, biodiversity assessment, semantic renovation, risk and resilience analysis, and smart readiness indicators, aiming for commercialization and policy impact. WILSON will be tested in 4 large-scale pilots to ensure solutions integration, aiming to upgrade 200,000 m² of buildings, reduce maintenance costs by 35%, and support the EU’s energy and environmental goals.
